How Meridian handles your information
This page is maintained by Meridian Health Connectors to answer common questions about how the Meridian website handles visitor information. It is editable project content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.

What Meridian does (and does not) do
Meridian is a trust layer that connects U.S. patients with vetted overseas clinics. We do not deliver medical care, process treatment payments, prescribe medication, or arrange travel. Care is provided by independent clinics and their licensed clinicians.
Information we collect
- Consultation requests. Information you submit through the consultation form (such as name, contact details, and a description of your dental concern) so we can route your case to a vetted clinic.
- Concierge chat messages. Messages you type into the Meridian concierge widget are sent to an AI provider to generate a response. The current widget does not persist conversations across visits.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) generated by our hosting provider.
How we use this information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, match you with an appropriate clinic, and improve the Meridian experience. We do not sell visitor information.
Who we share information with
To operate the service, limited information may be shared with:
- Vetted partner clinics relevant to your request.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
- The AI provider that powers the concierge chat widget.
These providers act on Meridian's behalf and are expected to handle data only as needed to provide their service.
Security practices
The Meridian site is served over HTTPS. Access to operational tooling is restricted to authorized Meridian personnel. No online service can guarantee perfect security; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please contact us using the address below.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information you've submitted, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the contact address below. You can choose not to submit a consultation form or use the concierge chat — the rest of the site remains usable.
